Competitive salary package - £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

Training and development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating.
Diagnosing and repairing faults, particularly on HVAC plant and VRV systems.
Ensuring full compliance with F-Gas regulations and safe handling of refrigerants.
Conducting routine inspections, addressing potential issues proactively, and keeping detailed records.
Updating the CAFM maintenance system and maintaining all required documentation.
Collaborating with supervisors and clients to deliver efficient, high-quality service and quickly resolve any site-related concerns.Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3).
Proven multi-skilled maintenance experience (including HVAC and plumbing knowledge).
Strong fault-finding and repair skills.
