* Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* Additional hours during the week may be required/an option depending on business needs

Role Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Reservation & Events Administrator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive outstanding service in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
* Responding to emails in a timely manner
* Managing reservations and event bookings
* Supporting event planning and coordination
* Maintaining accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
* Liaising with other team members to ensure weekend is handed over for the week ahead
* Providing general administrative support as needed
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Experience in customer service or administration is preferred
* Interest in events, hospitality, or the wine industry is a plus
