The Role
As a Technical Assistant, reporting direct to the Area Manager you will:
 * Provide technical assistance to Highway Operation teams
 * Contribute to the delivery of effective highway works through tasks as assigned by the Area Manager and identified through target setting and monitoring, performance appraisal and development and training
 * Management interrogation and co-ordination of complex databases and spread sheets
 * Production of presentation quality maps, plans and technical drawings
 * Contribute to the data collection to develop the revenue and capital scheme delivery
 * Organising, preparation and implementation of permanent and temporary Traffic Regulation Orders as assigned
