* Assist in analyzing and monitoring key information and statistics.
* Provide application support for BST users, resolving compatibility issues related to mobile/tablet devices and browsers.
* Collect data and support preparation of reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff, offering routine advice and guidance as needed.
