Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement?
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to play a key role in supporting UK manufacturing and supplier operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
🔍 What you’ll be doing
As part of a collaborative Quality & Clinical team, you’ll:
* Provide quality oversight across manufacturing and contract manufacturing operations
* Support process validation and maintain robust QMS documentation
* Lead or support root cause investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Represent Quality in change management and manufacturing transfer projects
* Work closely with suppliers, including audits (remote & on-site) and supplier performance monitoring
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvements never compromise product quality
✅ What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing
* Strong experience with RCA, audits, documentation, and supplier management
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
* Comfortable working independently and across international teams
✨ Nice to have:
* ISO 9001 experience
* Lean Six Sigma knowledge
* Plastic manufacturing experience
