Job Description
* Provide strategic HR support to key business units
* Line management of a small team on site
* Report into Business Unit HR Director and part of HR Leadership Team
* Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce development.
* Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Manage employee relations, offering guidance and resolution on complex issues.
* Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance.
* Oversee recruitment processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
* Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to maintain competitiveness.
* Drive organisational change initiatives and improve employee engagement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HRBP should have:
* Proven experience within the Human Resources function, ideally in the manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or Construction industries
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Proficiency in using HR systems and data analytics tools.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A relevant degree or professional HR qualification is preferred.
