Business Development Director – PropTech SaaS (New Business Sales, UK-Based)
Hybrid – London Office (3 days per week)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing PropTech software company delivering an all-in-one platform for flexible workspace operators, serviced offices, and coworking providers. Their software streamlines operations, boosts occupancy, and enhances customer experience across extensive portfolios.
They’re hiring a Business Development Director focused on new business sales within the UK market. This role is hybrid, based in London with 3 days per week in the office, plus remote flexibility.
🔥 Your Role
As Business Development Director, you will own the full sales cycle targeting mid-market and enterprise flexible workspace operators and facility managers. You’ll generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, run consultative demos, and close SaaS deals involving multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing
2. Target workspace operators, coworking providers, and serviced office businesses
3. Conduct detailed needs analysis and tailor presentations to client requirements
4. Build strong relationships with C-level and operational decision-makers
5. Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams for smooth onboarding
6. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets
✅ What You Bring
7. 5+ years’ SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to real estate, workspace, or facilities management sectors
8. Proven success closing complex deals in mid-market or enterprise accounts
9. Hunter mentality with a strong track record in outbound prospecting
10. Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills
11. Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
12. Based in the UK and willing to work from the London office 3 days a week
