We are seeking a talented Pastry Senior Chef de Partie to join an exclusive five-star hotel in central London. You will work closely with the Chef Director, a previous Michelin-starred chef, creating modern British dishes to a 2 AA Rosette standard with a strong emphasis on the finest seasonal produce.
What we offer:
Salary: £34,608 per annum + Service Charge (average £6,000 per year)
40-hour workweek with all overtime paid hourly
