Your new company Our client is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to support a high-profile project launching in January 2026. This role involves planning and executing testing activities, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a seamless implementation. Responsibilities Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts aligned with project objectives. Lead functional, UAT, and integration testing across multiple systems. Validate business requirements and maintain testing integrity for interconnected processes. Manage defect tracking and resolution, providing clear reporting to stakeholders. Collaborate with business analysts, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues. Conduct data migration testing, including reconciliation of large datasets. Support overall quality assurance and compliance with testing standards. Participate in project meetings, offering updates on testing progress and risks. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Test Analyst on complex projects. Strong understanding of data migration processes and system integrations. Ability to produce comprehensive test documentation and manage defect lifecycles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in structured project environments (Agile or Waterfall).
