We have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join our service in Margate, Kent.
This is a permanent post, working within a flexible team where we can offer contracts to suit your availability, such as weekends only, small hour contracts, or contracts of up to 37.5 hours per week for £11.75 an hour.
You will be supporting 2 individuals in their home. This includes helping with everyday activities like cooking, cleaning, personal care, finances, medication, working, shopping, and trips. The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals, and they are all treated as such. You may support with personal care needs and help them participate in a wide range of interests and activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
It would be beneficial if you already have BSL knowledge or are willing to learn, as some individuals require communication in this way!
