Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm who is looking to recruit an NQ - 4 years' PQE Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment Team in Newcastle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising employer clients on day-to-day employment law matters.
Supporting corporate transactions with employment-related advice.
Assisting with strategic planning and management of reorganisations and other employment projects.
Managing and conducting Employment Tribunal claims.
Advising on TUPE and providing transactional support.
The successful candidate:
0 – 4 years' PQE with relevant employment law experience.
Experience advising employer clients and/or managing tribunal claims (desirable).
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage a varied caseload.
