Hybrid, but initially there will be a need for you to be in the office until you are familiar with all systems, policies, and processes. Once all training is successfully completed, you can work in a hybrid way: 1-2 days in the office, 2-3 days from home. You must be able to travel into the offices at:
Blackdown, Exmouth, or the locations including Manstone Depot at Sidmouth and Camperdown Depot in Exmouth. The role:
On behalf of a local council, we are seeking a Human Resources Advisor for approximately 3 to 6 months, with a specific focus on supporting recruitment and delivery of the workforce plan. What the client is looking for: Previous experience supporting recruitment and delivering workforce plans MCIPD qualification or qualification in HR Management or similar, or equivalent experience Good knowledge of employment law Excellent knowledge of HR good practices Public sector experience Ability to operate as part of a wider HR function and build strong relationships with managers and staff at all levels Good project management skills Excellent technical skills across all Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel Experience using HR databases and reporting tools Resilience to manage a busy workload and juggle priorities How to Apply: Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application Submit your CV in Word format Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis—early submission is recommended We will add your details to our mailing lists.
