Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Home Manager:
Build professional relationships with the residents and staff at your establishment and throughout the company.
You will be able to communicate effectively with outside agencies to promote the service.
Be responsible for working as part of a team and growing the staffing requirements to meet the needs of residents.
Conduct and effectively manage the staff team.
Be required to have a share in on call duties.
Be responsible for ensuring compliance is set out in line with CQC guidelines.Requirements:
Wiliness to work towards or willing to undertake NVQ Level 3 or 5 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent.
Knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards for CQC registered services, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred services.
Able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service.
Willing to be on-call when the service requires me to.
