The Role:
As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will be at the heart of our sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the buying and selling process for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish. You will be working closely with clients, buyers, and other real estate professionals to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and provide knowledgeable insights on each property.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract completion.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements in real estate transactions.
* Promote properties through various marketing channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertising.
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to ensure a seamless transaction process.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in property sales or a strong background in a sales-driven environment.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Knowledge of the local property market is a plus.
* A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
