We are seeking an organised and detail focused International Admissions Manager to play a central role in supporting our international pupils and ensuring Millfield maintains full compliance with UKVI sponsorship duties. Working closely with families, agents and the wider Admissions team, you will oversee visa processes, manage compliance reporting, and contribute to the planning of overseas admissions activity. Main Duties • Act as the UKVI Level 1 User for Millfield, managing all aspects of visa sponsorship and compliance. • Guide international families through the visa process, including documentation checks and issuing CAS statements. • Maintain accurate records relating to visas, passports, attendance, travel and changes in study. • Ensure timely reporting on the UKVI Sponsor Management System and support audits, inspections and licence renewals. • Identify and advise on immigration status for non UK nationals and monitor changes or restrictions. • Support the Director of Admissions in maintaining relationships with international agents. • Assist with planning and scheduling international travel for the admissions team. • Support the organisation of Open Days and other admissions events. About You • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies quickly and accurately. • Highly organised, able to manage multiple cases independently and prioritise competing deadlines. • Confident in raising concerns and ensuring compliance standards are consistently met. • Methodical and thorough, with strong record keeping skills. • Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex visa requirements clearly. • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive immigration and personal data. • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the wider admissions function. Working Hours & Salary This is a year round position, working 28 hours per week, with an actual salary of £23,200 per annum (FTE £29,000), plus access to a wide range of staff benefits.
