My client is searching for a confident and capable Legal PA with good previous experience supporting fee earning solicitors in a legal firm from within a property team.
You must have the confidence and initiative to deal with a busy workload, with some additional paralegal type responsibilities such as drafting leases and collating Management Information, you will be highly organised, managing your workload to meet strict deadlines.

Main responsibilities:
* Diary management
* Having a key role in client care and communication
* Dealing with enquiries by phone, post and email responding appropriately
* Collating and monitoring data
* Booking meetings, conference rooms, travel requirements.
* Assisting fee-earners with drafting of leases
* Assisting with billing and the credit control process
* Arranging general admin tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, post and couriers
The ideal applicant will possess the following skills:
* Good previous experience as a Legal PA in a property team.
* You must be confident in the use of case management systems and MS Office including Excel.
* Enjoy working to deadlines and prioritising your workload effectively
* Enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible, a team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly confident, capable and demonstrating initiative and excellent organisation skills
The salary is up to £30k for the right experience, plus company benefits. The role is hybrid, you should be flexible and able to attend the office depending on the work required, usually 2-3 days in each week.
