Look no further! As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing a multitude of procurement tasks within the business, with a strong emphasis on communication and negotiation. You will be required to work closely with various internal stakeholders to understand our customer's procurement needs, and assist with managing our supplier performance to achieve our business objectives. This will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with our supply chain, guaranteeing we receive the best in cost and service, while ensuring we remain competitive and compliant. Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor internal email inboxes and action accordingly Deal with inbound and outbound calls; retrieving information and re-directing as requred Complete quotes within specific time frames Negotiating best prices with suppliers without compromising on quality of servcice Identify, establish and managing existing relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective service High level problem-solving and dispute resolution with suppliers Additional adhoc duties to complement the role as and when required Essential Attributes: Interpersonal skills to build rapport with suppliers and internal teams Time management Multitasking High level of attention to detail Ability to negotiate Cost efficiency awareness Dispute resolution Criticial thinking and ability to analyse Experience Required (if applicable) Knowledge of the waste industry is preferred but not essential Benefits 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days' with length of service Attendance bonus scheme Health benefits scheme Life assurance Charity volunteering opportunities Free onsite parking Full training and progression plan Attendance bonus scheme Social gatherings Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Go Green Ltd is committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and harmonious work environment that values and supports all individuals.
