An exceptional IP London law firm are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator, ideally with knowledge and experience within Patent Law.
Duties within the role will include:
* General Administration.
* Diary management.
* Client liaison eg: organising meetings, drafting emails.
* Monitoring emails and ensuring everything is actioned by the team.
* Managing deadlines.
* Preparing cost estimates for paralegal review.
* Generating standard email reports.
* Revieing and raising client invoices.
* Entering billable charges into the office system.
* Finalising and sending invoices to clients.
* Preparing reports.
Requirements for the role:
* Patent / IP administration support experience or a legal secretarial diploma background.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work accurately and at pace under pressure.
* Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a team.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Confident working in a client-facing communication role.
* Confident working with fee earners.
* Experience working with electronic records, document management and billing systems.
* Good knowledge of the MS Office suite including, Word Excel and Outlook.
* A keen eye for detail.
