Overview
Claimont Health is looking for an outstanding Registered Complex Care Nurse to support a bespoke package of care for a client in the community setting. The package operates on a 3‑hour shift seven days per week (1.5 hours in the morning + 1.5 hours in the evening).
Claimont Health is a CQC‑registered private sector mental health provider, offering person‑centred, holistic services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multi‑task.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in work presentation and prepare comprehensive reports.
* Passion for helping people and providing personalised care.
* Understand the organisation's policies and clinical regulations in depth.
* Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients at all times.
* Work with a robust knowledge of the Care Quality Commission and its requirements.
* Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
* Work independently and/or as part of a team.
* Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities to support the organisation as required.
Required Skills / Qualifications
* At least 2 years of nursing experience working within an NHS environment performing a Care Coordination role.
* Previous experience working with people with Eating Disorders.
