As an Apprentice Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to learn how our plants operate whilst developing the skills to maintain, repair and improve our factory machinery. You'll gain valuable real-world experience and work towards an industry-recognised Engineering Apprenticeship Standard that will support your long term career growth.

What You'll Be Doing
* Working alongside an engineer to develop your knowledge and experience.
* Develop your knowledge and experience to provide proactive and reactive maintenance using your own initiative.
* Learn fault finding techniques to aid problem-solving.
* Developing your technical skills through both on-the-job training and classroom learning.
* You will be a member of a supportive team of engineers who will have an active role in your development.
* Undertaking theoretical and practical training at college.
What We're Looking For

* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including Maths, English and Science.
