Applications are welcomed from dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join theAdult Learning Disabilities Services team on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
The Service supports people with learning disabilities and autism in a variety of settings.
These include residential and complex residential homes, a short-break service, supported living and outreach.
There is also an impressive purpose-built residential autism hub, autism outreach and Therapy and Enabling/Day Service.
Depending on your skills and knowledge there will be an opportunity for you to be offered a role in any one of these teams.
Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scales plus an annual bonus of £1,605 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 40% evening/Saturday and 80% Sunday/BH.
The current Band 3 salary range is £29,348 to £34,356
TheBand 4 range is £35,170 to £39,866
Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS service for annual leave and sick leave.
