About the Role Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring smooth handling of customer queries, orders, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM. Process orders, update schedules, and maintain records. Handle queries, complaints, and invoice issues. Prepare quotations and support account needs. Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and account managers. Support key accounts, including occasional site visits/events.
