About The Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall running of our Winter Garden & Loggia outlets within the hotel. Responsibilities will vary between lunch and dinner service in busy periods, so a degree of flexibility is essential. You’ll lead with a focus on seasonality, provenance, concepts and creativity to provide a memorable guest experience. You will play a key role in developing, enhancing and delivering our Afternoon Tea service, ensuring a first-class experience for our guests.
You’ll coach and develop your team on quality standards and exceptional customer service. You’ll be approachable and creative, creating an environment that welcomes and cares for everyone – staff and guests alike. We’re committed to the development of our team and you’ll contribute by demonstrating a passion for continuous improvement.
You’ll be committed to delivering and exceeding commercial measures and KPI targets for the Food and Beverage department, identifying opportunities to maximise profitability. You will oversee budget controls, security procedures, recruitment and rota planning. Underlying all of this, you’ll ensure all departments within your venue operate in a way that is compliant with health and safety requirements.
