About the role
The IS Analyst for Workplace User Adoption works within Booker's IS team, responsible for empowering colleagues to maximize the value of IT systems through clear, accessible documentation. You will create and maintain user guides, support materials, and SharePoint resources, ensuring they are current and compliant with industry standards and regulations. This role is key to improving user satisfaction, system utilization, and ultimately, customer satisfaction and profitability.
