An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly motivated individual who wishes to contribute to the NHS Forth Valley Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services AND PAEDIATRICS within Women and Children’s Directorate in the role of Clinical Manager. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward thinking, improvement focused team, where the highest quality patient care is at the forefront. The role offers a superb opportunity for the successful candidate to take on the leadership role within CAMHS focusing on the clinical coordination of patient journey’s through the service. This is a redesigned post to complement the existing management team across Forth Valley. The successful candidate will have the ability to assure all aspects of care delivery, managing external and internal referrals processes with a robust, systematic approach underpinned by the Choice and Partnership framework (CAPA). There is a focus on a programme of continuous improvement, patient centred care, clinical governance, staff support and staff wellbeing. Applicants should have experience of leading change within a multi-disciplinary environment and will exhibit a collaborative approach as a senior leader. Excellent communication and analytical skills will be essential for the role within the complex environment of modern health care. There will be a requirement to understand the provisions of health care within the confines of budgetary limitations and resource management alongside meeting national targets relating to waiting times.
