Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO) and project teams.
* Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation and records.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings and workshops, including scheduling and minute-taking.
* Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as needed.
* Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.
* Support the implementation of project management tools and processes.
* Collaborate with team members to promote efficient project delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PMO Support Analyst should have:
* Experience in supporting projects or programmes within the Local Government or Public Sector.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
* Strong stakeholder engagement experience at all level
