As part of a dynamic children’s safeguarding team, you will contribute to a high-quality parenting assessment service, delivering evidence-based assessments and tailored interventions for families involved in pre-proceedings or care proceedings. What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive parenting assessments for families involved in pre-proceedings or care proceedings.
* Provide clear written reports and verbal evidence in court, supporting informed judicial decisions.
* Supervise Family Support Workers, guiding them to deliver tailored interventions and practical support for families.
* Apply advanced critical thinking and analytical skills to develop evidence-based recommendations.
* Work collaboratively within the children’s safeguarding framework, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes for children.
About you:
This role is suited to an experienced practitioner with strong knowledge of children’s safeguarding legislation and court processes. You will bring a minimum of five years post-qualifying experience, alongside the ability to deliver robust assessments and lead practice with confidence.
