At Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions, we're looking for a Head of Flooring & Tile Fixing to lead and grow our national sales function across the UK & Ireland.
This is a senior, commercially focused leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share and strengthening our position as a trusted, solutions-led partner across the construction sector.
You'll set the direction for the Flooring & Tile Fixing portfolio, translating strategy into clear, executable sales plans and delivering results through a high-performing national sales team. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial ownership, including senior customer engagement, pricing discipline and market development.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will require extensive national travel, as such candidates should have a full UK Driving license.
What we're looking for:
* Strong knowledge of the flooring and tile fixing market, gained in a comparable sales leadership role
* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
* Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in price management, margin control and revenue growth
* Credible, professional communicator able to influence customers, teams and senior stakeholders
* Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on when required
What you will be doing:
* Leading and developing the national Flooring and Tile Fixing sales team to deliver revenue and margin targets
* Owning and executing the sales strategy, translating it into clear regional and individual plans
* Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, growth markets and strategic projects
* Building a high-performance sales culture through coaching and accountability
* Engaging with senior customers, key accounts and strategic partners
* Ensuring strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline
