Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Part Time Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Your expertise in travel planning, customer service, and sales will be essential in helping clients create memorable journeys tailored to their preferences.
Duties
* Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
* Plan and book travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and regulations to provide accurate information.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or travel experience.
* Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best options for clients.
* Utilize sales techniques to promote travel packages and upsell additional services.
* Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
Skills
* Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Proficient in travel planning with a keen eye for detail and organization.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
