Since joining Witherslack Group in 2022, Bramley Hill School is an independent specialist day school in Surrey, rated Good by Ofsted. It caters to pupils with autism and additional needs such as PDA, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues, and behavioral challenges.

You will work with children and young people with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them learn, develop, and build self-esteem. Resilience and dedication are essential, but the rewarding "huge small victories" will make your efforts worthwhile.
Support is comprehensive, including psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapists. You will join a team of highly skilled professionals in well-resourced environments, with ongoing support to develop your teaching career.
Candidate Qualities
We are seeking an outstanding Teacher who embodies the following qualities:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching children with SEND (desirable but not essential)
* Knowledge of relational behaviour management strategies for students with SEND
* Resilience, stamina, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and commitment to student and staff well-being
* Experience in creating engaging lesson plans and contributing to curriculum development
