About The Role
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will make a difference to the people who live in our care homes by painting and decorating across our 10 homes in the Stockport area. You will be responsible for:
* Redecorating all areas in the homes on a rolling programme.
* Undertaking minor maintenance and repair work associated with the home as required.
* Working with the Home Manager and staff to plan and manage the safety of residents, staff and visitors whilst the work takes place.
About You
We are looking for previous experience of painting and decorating in a commercial environment. You will also need to demonstrate an aptitude for property maintenance and minor repairs around the home. Good communication and problem solving skills are also key along with confidence in using computers to communicate via emails and access the internet. As travel is involved between the homes, a current full driving licence is essential.
