Recruitment Officer - 4 month FTC

Reports to Resourcing Manager
The purpose of this position is to provide operational and administrative support to the resourcing team to cover a period of unpaid leave.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist with all aspects of recruitment administration from application to onboarding, this will include liaising with candidates as well as multiple internal stakeholders, arranging interviews and preparing accurate offer and onboarding documentation
* Act as a point of contact with external recruitment specialists
* Upload roles onto our recruitment portal Greenhouse, publish externally and release roles to agencies
* Prepare accurate offer documentation and instruction forms
* Demonstrate high standards of accuracy, timeliness, customer service and professionalism
* Assist with publishing roles to any external boards
* Assist with the applications of any various licence’s, work permits and visa’s according to business and candidate needs
* Assist in organising and attending any relevant careers fairs, recruitment events or assessment days
* Assist with additional ad hoc recruitment tasks
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary together with the ability to develop good working relationships within the business and with other service providers
* Computer literacy skills are essential
* Accuracy is vital and an eye for detail will be required
* Able to work quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced environment
* Able to use own initiative and a can-do attitude
We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also for professional qualifications. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts is at the heart of what we do.
