Litigation Paralegal - Cardiff TSR Legal is working with a well-established Cardiff law firm to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to join its busy and respected disputes and litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive paralegal who is passionate about civil litigation and wants to develop strong hands-on experience in a supportive legal environment. About the Role As a Litigation Paralegal, you will support fee earners and solicitors across a broad range of civil dispute work. The team handles issues arising out of contractual disagreements, landlord and tenant disputes, building and boundary conflicts, wills and inheritance disputes, small claims matters, and other personal and commercial disputes. You will play a key role in preparing cases from instruction through to resolution, gaining exposure to core litigation practice and supporting clients effectively throughout their matter.
