About The Role
The George & Dragon is a historic inn in Marlow, featuring 17 boutique rooms, a spacious bar and dining area with 200 internal covers, and 50 external covers. The refurbishment aims to reflect the town’s history with Heartwood’s signature style.

Candidate Profile
* Passionate about delivering quality, fresh food
* Capable of working across at least 2 kitchen sections following recipes
* 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting, with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques
