* Work with simulation teams to validate test data and compare against theoretical models
* Support the development and optimisation of new components and technologies
* Collaborate closely with designers, race engineers, mechanics, and external suppliers
* Act as a key link between project technical leads and the software team for powertrain dyno testing
* Produce clear, detailed technical reports with recommendations for performance and reliability improvements
* Ensure compliance with motorsport regulations and safety standards

* Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, ATLAS, or similar data analysis tools
* Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, aerodynamics, and powertrain performance
* Familiarity with automated testing systems and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulations
* Understanding of control systems, software integration, and sensor technologies

* Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Collaborative team player with the drive to push performance boundaries
* Organised and methodical approach to testing and reporting

Work Environment & Travel:
