Red 5 People is recruiting an Employability Assessor/Coach to support young people with learning disabilities and autism in Harrow. This hands-on role involves portfolio building and mentoring a group of learners working towards a Gateway Level 2 Award in Progression.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized assessor qualification and a strong background in coaching. The contract duration is expected to be 3-6 months, with potential for extension into a permanent position.
