Job role: Recycling Plant Engineer / Fitter Basic Salary - Up To £45,000 Overtime - Paid Travel Company Van Benefits Monday - Friday - 7AM - 3PM We have partnered with a leading manufacturing company, specialising in recycling, quarry, aggregate machinery, who due to continued success are looking to recruit a Recycling Plant Fitter. The successful applicant will complete preventative and reactive maintenance, attend breakdowns, assist with installations across the local area. The main responsibilities of the Recycling Plant Fitter will include. * Ensuring recycling, quarry and aggregate plant equipment is functioning in the correct manner. * Service, Maintenance and Repair of Balers, Compactors, Shredders, Sortation Machinery, and Mobile Plant Machinery * Maintaining all equipment on site, such as, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, PLC controlled equipment, sortation equipment, and balers. * Maintaining all mechanical and electrical process equipment. * Maintaining balers, compactors, shredding machinery. * Fault finding and diagnostics. * Following a PPM schedule and recording follow up work. * Ensuring appropriate housekeeping standards are maintained on a daily basis. * Continually developing to improve operations to drive improvements in quality, cost and safety. * Assisting production with machinery problems and setups, providing relevant training when appropriate.
