Position Details
Part-time instructors in PSYCHOLOGY are sought to educate and support students. Teaching experience is required, with a minimum of a master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in psychology. Preferred qualifications include college-level teaching experience.
Responsibilities
1. Teach 1 to 2 Introductory Psychology classes per term, primarily on campus, with online options possible.
2. Develop syllabi, assignments, tests, and class activities.
3. Engage with students outside of class via email, phone, and office hours.
4. Utilize online learning management systems for course administration.
5. Maintain accurate records of attendance and grades.
6. Coordinate with the department Chair and staff regarding teaching schedules and student issues.
