Answering the inbox
Dealing with call centre calls from the client (queries and updates to be given on jobs)
Responding back to emails from the complaints team on why jobs have been delayed, where they currently are.
Calling and speaking with residents.
Carrying out courtesy calls to residents to see if they are happy with the works carried out.
