Job Responsibilities As a Bank Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting your team to uphold those standards in everything they do. This will include, but not limited to: Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation Qualifications and Experience: Experience working with older people in residential care You will have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent) You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people Ability to lead a team and use own initiative Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference?
