Applications are invited for a Recruitment Consultant with a wide and complex knowledge of clinical Nursing, Theatre and AHP roles to join our team.
this is not a training role and applicants for this role should come from one of two backgrounds;
A Registered Nurse or AHP with some previous recruitment experience, OR
A Recruitment Consultant with at least three years experience in successfully placing Healthcare professionals of all specialities and levels, into permanent roles.
General Ward Nursing, Theatres, Critical Care, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Social Work, Radiology and Therapies.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, or Deputy Manager and after an initial 1-2 week orientation at our office in Huntingdon (PE28), where youll learn how our processes we work, you will be working mostly from home / remotely, with occasional travel to the office for team meetings and training, generally no more than once per month.
Jarrodean is a small, well-established Permanent Staffing Consultancy operating since 2010.
Our client base includes established NHS, Independent Sector, including major private hospitals, British Territory hospitals and UK Care organisations.
Through the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Permanent Staffing Solutions Framework, we supply the NHS and other public sector clients.
We appreciate that all recruitment business are not the same; we are a Consultancy that prides itself on underpinning every stage of our recruitment process with input from qualified Healthcare professionals.
Established and led by a Registered Nurse Management team, our work ethic, clinical credibility and desire for excellence, distinguishes us from our competitors and is a major factor in our success.
Initial application and CV reviews of Registered Nurse, AHP and Support Worker applicants for a wide range of permanent substantive posts.
Undertaking telephone and video clinical screening and assessment discussions.
CV preparation (with administrative/clerical support) and submission.
Pre-interview coaching and preparation and post-interview debriefing.
A Registered Nurse or AHP with some previous recruitment experience, OR
A Recruitment Consultant with at least three years experience in successfully placing Healthcare professionals of all specialities and levels, into permanent roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications in particular; Personable and capable with an excellent telephone manner and excellent written and spoken English communication
Youll be happy working in a team and remotely, with a desire to achieve the best possible recruitment experience for our clients and candidates
The office is in a village location so youll need a driving license, access to a vehicle and the ability to travel as and when required to PE28 0TD.
Competitive basic salary aligning with Band 5 NHS commensurate with experience and skills.
Remote working with solid admin support and team communications. Regular 1-2-1s with Management and the team both online and in person.
