Job Title: Nursing Home Manager Location: Surrey Salary: £58k - £60k, dependent on experience Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager with a valid nursing PIN (RGN or RMN) to join our luxury, high-end care provider in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent standards of care within nursing homes that have been awarded at least a 'good' rating by the CQC. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations. - Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. - Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial targets are met. - Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. - Implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and care quality.
