Duties
* Prepping and cooking our menu (with room for your own ideas)
* Keeping the kitchen clean to a high standard, safe, and organised
* Working with front-of-house to keep service smooth
* Helping out with events and specials when needed
Experience
* Previous experience in a restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
* Proficiency in various cooking techniques and meal preparation methods.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
