Business Development Manager (Desk Based)
Location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ
Hours: Monday to Thursday 1pm – 10pm & Friday 1pm – 6pm (4.5 day week)
As a Business Development Manager at PHMG, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences for our clients by integrating our cloud-based phone solutions. Your focus will be on newly onboarded clients, aiming to improve their operations and customer interactions through our 'Complete Caller Experience' service. You will strategically position our technical solutions to generate additional revenue and maximize their communication infrastructure's potential.
Your role is crucial in shaping the client's journey with us. With excellent interpersonal skills, you'll instill a sense of value and anticipation in clients, fostering a partnership-oriented relationship from the outset.

Responsibilities:
* Attend pre-booked appointments via Zoom, scheduled by our Technical Sales Account Managers
* Present ‘Complete Caller Experience’ to decision makers and business owners through structured presentations
* Capitalize on opportunities to close deals during the first meeting
* Achieve sales revenue targets from business meetings
* Hand over signed deals to the implementation and account management teams
* Complete all documentation to standard requirements
Requirements:
* Experience in face-to-face or Zoom B2B sales
* Experience in tech or cloud sales
* Proven track record of closing deals within a short sales cycle
* Extensive experience closing deals with decision makers in B2B markets
* Refined direct selling skills using SPIN selling and other techniques to consistently close
* Strong sense of urgency and ability to close high volumes of sales in first meetings
* Professional business image representing a leading branding company
* Team player with drive and initiative
