Location: Richmond Role: Dance Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Dance lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially BTEC Dance).
* Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of dance techniques and choreographic principles within Dance .
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Performing Arts to share best practice and enhance the Dance curriculum.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Dance .
* Potentially lead extracurricular Dance clubs or contribute to school performances.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Dance .
* Degree in Dance or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Dance at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply), with experience in BTEC Dance being advantageous.
* Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of various dance styles and choreography.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students in Dance .
* A passion for fostering creativity and performance skills through Dance .
