The Role:
This is a varied role within a busy IT department, supporting large internal teams in new technology implementation, process and system upgrades whilst maintaining operational excellence.
* Manage and document technology system change requests, ensuring compliance with policies.
* Conduct risk and impact analyses to identify potential issues with proposed changes.
* Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Monitor testing progress, document results, and support issue resolution.
* Liaise with stakeholders, provide training, and conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
