This will be a support role with varying responsibilities and scope to progress with the business. An idea of the duties are listed below however this may vary dependant on team requirements, we are looking for an all rounder with a strong team ethic: Land Appraisals Assist in provision schedule of Fees Review services, obtain quotes Obtain quotes from HA Produce standard format Appraisal Pre Development SAP Calcs Heating Designs Kitchen / Utility Designs Obtain Man Co Plan Update Action Plan Manage Costs Set up CVR Document Control Produce Orders Construction Stage Postal Addresses / Mpans etc Monitor Warranty Reports Payments Invoice control with Ops Director Reporting / Generally Up keep of Dropbox Filing system Attend Meetings Provide reports to funders Up keep of all tracking docs Personal requirements Good eye for detail and presentation A good team member Strong communication and listening skills, with good negotiation skills IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems Able to work on a number of deadlines at once Great organiser
