Job Description
Key Responsibilities
3. Provide administrative support across HR processes and systems
4. Act as first point of contact for HR queries and mailbox management
5. Support recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, and coordination
6. Manage onboarding and leaver processes, including documentation and references
7. Maintain HR system records and generate reports
8. Monitor absence and support case management with HRBPs
9. Own and contribute to HR projects and process improvements
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
10. Previous HR administration experience is essential
11. Recruitment experience (agency or in-house) is desirable
12. Strong communication and organisational skills
13. Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems (iTrent experience a plus)
14. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines

What's on offerThis is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours). Hybrid working is offered with up to 2 days from home. Occasional travel to other UK offices may be required. Salary circa £29,000.
