Job Title: Consultant in Adult Psychiatry Grade: Consultant Location: London, Greater London Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week Rate: Competitive — details to be discussed upon application We are seeking an experienced Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to join our NHS client in London, Greater London. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract. Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality psychiatric care across inpatient and Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) settings • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with personality disorders and complex mental health needs • Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development • Offer clinical supervision and support to junior medical staff • Ensure full compliance with the Mental Health Act (MHA) and other relevant legislation Qualifications & Experience • Full GMC registration • Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status • Inclusion on the Specialist Register (CCT) • Extensive experience in Adult Psychiatry, particularly in managing complex cases and personality disorders How to Apply If your experience aligns with this role, apply today.
