Sunday to Thursday 2pm – 10pm
Pay rate:
£30,182.88 (including paid breaks)
About the Role
* Take ownership of your section, ensuring every ingredient meets our standards of freshness and quality.
* Prepare dishes with care, maintaining portion control and consistency.
* Work with the Sous Chef on planning, problem-solving, and service excellence.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Collaborate across sections for smooth, efficient service in a busy kitchen.
Good to Have
* Previous experience as a chef.
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 (or equivalent).
* Ability to manage your kitchen section efficiently.
